There are still a few tickets left for this year’s Femmes Développement Havana themed charity dinner.
Femmes Développement has been hosting themed gala dinners to raise funds for its projects it Rwanda for over a decade now. Most of the funds raised this year will go to microcredit projects in Rwanda--to date, the organisation has already allocated around 2,300 microcredits to women in the country.
A tombola with a clutch of truly great prizes helps raise funds. Attendees are asked to dress in cocktail chic attire, with a Caribbean touch of colour. Outside the main area will be a tent, where participants can enjoy rum and cigars. A number of sponsors--including but not limited to La Casa del Habano and Havana Club--have been enlisted for the event, and following dinner there will be dancers and DJ Cherry playing dance music throughout the evening.
