Luxembourg in English
Discover the flavours of Luxembourg by heading for the Moselle, specifically Ehnen’s wine festival or “Einer Wënzerdag”.
Festivities kick off at 10am with a mass in church followed by a glass of “blessed” local Riesling in the wine museum (yes, it has its own wine museum).
From 12 noon, visitors will be able to buy dinner in a number of places around the village to line their stomachs before tasting the many the wines and crémants on offer from 2pm.
In addition to wine tasting, there will be live music concerts, performances, activities for children and prize draws. There will also be an exhibition of art by Ann Vinck at the museum from 5pm.
If you don’t have to be anywhere else, stick around the for the evening party with barbecues, live music and, of course, local wines.
