A veritable legend on the rock and country circuit, English guitarist Albert Lee comes to Dudelange for a gig under his own name.
The list of stars for whom Albert Lee has played guitar would fill up a whole volume in the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame archives. He has performed with the Everly Brothers, Eric Clapton, Joe Cocker, Deep Purple, Jackson Browne, and Bo Diddley. But he has also played with the likes of Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson and Nanci Griffiths and won the best country guitarist award handed out by Guitar Player magazine on five consecutive occasions.
He comes to Dudelange for a concert as the leader of his own band, based in Los Angeles. Support on the night comes from British rock band The Brew and Luxembourg’ s very own bluesman, Remo Cavallini.
