The inaugural Truck ‘n’ Roll festival, set up for food truckers and musicians, takes place at the Square Mile car park in Belval over three days.
A carefully selected line-up of local food trucks, selling anything from African, Indian cuisine to Thai and vegetarian dishes, will be serving over the three days.
The trucks will circle a stage area where a number of bands will perform live jazz, blues and rock.
Among the artists performing will be Remo Cavallini, Fred Barreto Group, Lata Gouveia, Kid Colling and the Blue Dices, Inout, The Glass Arrows, Cool Waters and Strysles.
The festival is being organisde by federation the Luxembourg Food Truck Association.
In an earlier interview with Delano, its co-founder Kim Conrardy said: “We want to make it a big family picnic where someone can get a burger at one truck and someone else can buy something vegetarian from another. Then they sit in the middle and eat together listening to music.”
