All went as expected with the exception of paternity leave, which rises from 2 days to 10.

Under the draft proposal the increase was only supposed to rise to 5 days.

The law was passed with 57 MPs in favour and three ADR MPs abstaining from the vote. The new regime enters into force on 1 January, 2018.
