Luxembourg prime minister Xavier Bettel tried to start a chant among the crowd waiting for government leaders in Sibiu, Romania, ahead of the EU summit there on Thursday. As French president Emmanuel Macron greeted well-wishers waving Romanian flags, Bettel approached his shoulder and started chanting “Macron! Macron!”. Watch the video here:
