The Blues’n Jazz Rally is a very popular music marathon, which takes place every summer in the capital of Luxembourg. The festival is organised by the Luxembourg City Tourist Office in cooperation with the City of Luxembourg and the Blues Club Luxembourg. It is one of the best known and largely visited open-air events in the Luxembourgish capital.

The internationally recognised festival is attracting thousands of music enthusiast into the old town of Luxembourg and offers a great atmosphere throughout the picturesque streets of Pfaffenthal, Clausen and Grund. Traffic will be prohibited in Pfaffenthal, Clausen and Grund for the duration of the event.

More than two hundred renown artists will play 89 live-concerts, on as many as sixteen different open-air stages, and in several cafes, pubs, clubs and restaurants, spread all over the old town of Luxembourg. The craggy fortress, listed as UNESCO heritage, provides a unique and scenic setting. The pictorial location and nature of the urban festival makes it one of a kind in Europe. 

The jazz highlights will be Fred Wesley and Jazzanova next to the Luxembourgish jazzmen Ernie Hammes, David Laborier, Jeff Herr and Maxime Bender.

On the Blues side, Low Society and Soul Return will be the top acts without forgetting the many Luxembourgish blues pearls including the iconic Heavy Petrol and Sneaky Pete.
