Since January 2018, ideally located in the heart of the Rives de Clausen, Knokke Out Luxembourg is the place to be for afterwork drinks - which are regularly organized especially during the very popular evenings of Delano -, dinner, dancing or private events like birthdays.

From Thursday to Saturday, it is also and above all a unique opportunity to share with friends, around a large table, a generous and gourmet cuisine that is presented to you in live cooking, the key element of our catering offer. Inspired by a Belgian chef, supplier of the Court of Belgium, our buffet is full of typical products from the Belgian coast such as Zeebrugge's fish or shrimp croquettes, but also a wide range of fresh products cooked in live cooking as beef fillet, pan-fried foie gras or truffle-flavored papardelles. And to end the evening, we enjoy the good atmosphere of this dinner to extend the party on our dancefloor in a friendly atmosphere.

From October 2018, every month for 9 months, a renowned chef, sometimes starred, will come to offer you live a reinterpretation of the live cooking concept of the Knokke Out during a unique evening.

He will cook live and reinterpret some of our iconic recipes.

We selected 9 great Chefs and asked them to revisit the iconic dishes of our buffet, each according to his inspiration of the moment, his culinary signature and the seasons.

On October 19th, Fabrice Salvador gives us the honor to launch the festivities.

He has traveled the world in the starred before returning to Luxembourg where he is now, among others, Chef of the starred restaurant La Cristallerie (Place d'Armes). Fabrice Salvador and the Knokke Out Group have a common taste for sharing, beautiful products and the work of passionate producers.
