The UCL has published a new brochure for tenants and housebuyers
The Luxembourg Consumers Union (UCL) has published a new brochure, in French and German, on legal issues concerning your house or flat.
The brochure is for tenants and housebuyers alike. It touches on situations where legal conflicts can arise, such as on tenancy agreements, preliminary sales agreements, or contracts with estate agents. Many of their members regularly consult the UCL on these matters, and the brochure regroups some of the most frequent questions and legal advice.
The UCL also offers personal legal advice for anyone who has questions on these issues.
The brochure can be bought for €5 at the UCL office on 55 rue des Bruyères, L-1274 Howald. UCL members will receive it for free if they call 49 60 22–202 or 49 60 22-402.
