Fund industry experts can now submit requests to Luxembourg’s financial services supervisory body via a new dedicated internet portal.
On 15 May, the CSSF launched eDesk, replacing the current procedure for requesting residence certifications for Ucits, Part II UCIs, Sifs, Sicars, IFMs and securitization undertakings and Ucits and AIFMD/ESMA attestations for non-EU countries.
According to a CSSF press release, electronic Ucits attestation requests in French, English and German, as well as the AIFMD/ESMA attestation for non-EU countries would continue to be processed through the secured channels, via e-file or Sofie.
The online tool is available in English, French and German.
