The transaction could involve either a stake in the building or an outright purchase of the property, Luxembourg Times wrote on 20 May.

The news site said La Française Group, an asset manager, is leading a consortium of Korean investors looking to buy the tower, or shares in it, from Ethias, an insurer and Integrale, a pension fund.

Ethias and Integrale bought the building last year, reportedly for €225m. Luxembourg Times cited a current value of “near €250m”.

A spokesman for Ethias told Delano on 22 May: “we are looking for a partner given the size of the building.”

Deloitte has yet to officially occupy the new space; the consulting firm will move in later this month or the beginning of June.

When contacted by Delano, La Française declined to comment. As of this writing, Integrale has not returned Delano’s messages seeking comment.
