Picking up the role previously held by Thomas Seale (himself a former chair of Alfi), Voss will work closely with Sachin Vankalas, who has been appointed general manager, succeeding Mario Mantrisi. 

Voss, who has held a number of finance leadership positions in the grand duchy since 1990--the most recent being her four years at Alfi--said in a communiqué that she was “eager to drive forward the association’s central position in securing investor trust”, adding: “The EU’s ambitious action plan and the high demand for transparency in sustainable investments vouch for LuxFLAG’s vital role in the industry.”

The agency, which to date counts 83 associate members and has issued 136 labels to investment vehicles, reported a 30% increase in labels issued since 2018. Its membership further grew some 70% year-on-year.
