A passenger, who was a courier, had the drugs in two pieces of luggage. The man had arrived in Luxembourg from Nairobi, via Abu Dhabi and Nice. He was picked up by another man. The drugs were destined for the Dutch market. Both men have been remanded in custody, the government announced on 16 February.
