The Belair-based bookstore, which welcomed a handful of authors for talks over the years, first opened in 1993 and was bought by Caroline Mühlfenzl in 2012.
It closed its second outlet, The Book Loft, in rue des Bruyères a short time ago.
Delano attempted to contact Ms Mühlfenzl but she was not available for comment.
The closure comes over a year after popular English goods store Little Britain, which also sold books, closed its doors for the last time in Capellen, citing sourcing problems.
Earlier this year, the Luxembourg city based French bookstore Alinéa announced its imminent closure because of rising rents. It was, however, saved through a citizen initiative.
