Aiming to secure eight seats at the parliamentary elections in October, Déi Gréng, is hoping to stay in a coalition government for the next five years. The party says it has achieved almost all of the election promises it made in 2013 during its tenure in the current coalition with the DP and LSAP. The party also wants to see its popular MEP Claude Turmes as the next Luxembourg EU commissioner.
