Consumers can test whether they are really getting the internet service they paid for thanks to a new measurement application.

Checkmynet.lu was commissioned by consumer rights supervisory body the Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation (ILR) to enable consumers to check their actual internet speed and check it complies with the service they have subscribed to.

The tool will be officially launched on Monday but is already accessible online here.
