Daily language-specific call centres will operate as follows from 8am to 9am:

• German, English and French 247-85703 (Monday to Friday)
• Serbo-croate, albanian 247-85758 (Monday to Friday)
• Arabic 247-85703 (every day except Wednesdays)
• Farsi 247-85703 (every Wednesday)
