Hansen, who has worked at the weekly since 1996, will be charged with coordinating the team of six journalists.

“I wanted to reorient myself in terms of content, to write a bit more about politics, it’s the right opportunity,” Hansen told Delano’s sister site, Paperjam. According to the article, d’Lëtzebuerger Land also intends on evolving its digital presence.

The newspaper’s board of directors also decided on Pierre Greiveldinger taking over as its managing director. Greiveldinger has been with the team since 2015 and has some 20 years of experience in Luxembourg publishing.
