It is no doubt boosted by, among others, the opening of the Lycée Michel Lucius English sections at secondary and last year primary, and the European International Schools in Differdange and Esch.

A further 88,365 children and young people were following Luxembourg’s national education programme.

Luxembourg spent around €20,000 per learner on education in the 2015 budget.
