According to the Bloomberg Global Vice Index, the grand duchy is the cheapest place to buy products like cigarettes and alcohol, among other habit-forming substances.

According to the report: “Vice is cheapest in Luxembourg, where it costs less than 10% of the […] average weekly wage. The Bahamas, Switzerland, Iceland and France round out the top five for affordability.”

Seems Luxembourg is becoming famous for much more than banking and fund administration. A location of choice for vice, perhaps?
