Denver in Colorado topped the list, followed by Dublin, Chicago, London and Bangkok in the top five slots. Luxembourg, at number 9, is the only other European city in the top ten and beats out more likely contenders such as Munich, Berlin and Prague. Closer to the grand duchy, Brussels placed 21st and Cologne 24th.
