In a communiqué from the Foreign Ministry published on the government website on Wednesday, it was announced that foreign affairs minister Jean Asselborn is to recall the Luxembourg ambassador to Russia for talks on the matter.

According to the press release:

“The Luxembourg government strongly condemns the attack and agrees with the UK government's analysis that the Russian Federation is highly likely to be responsible for the act, and that there is no such thing as another plausible explanation.”
