From 7 May 2018, happy snappers were invited by the economy and foreign ministries to post their photos of Luxembourg on photo sharing platform Instagram with the tag #OurLuxembourg. Some 1,300 people responded to the call and shared their favourite views of Luxembourg. From the Gëlle Fra to Pont Adolphe, the Philharmonie to Belval, the variety and quality of the winning submissions was vast.

The photos with the most likes won the public prize, while a panel, including Christine Majerus, Anne Faber, Mike McQuaide, Gery Oth and Christophe Mendes, selected the winners of the jury prize.

The winners will receive their prizes, which include drones, balloon flights and cameras, at a ceremony on 22 June.
