Property Hunter Luxembourg is “the first company in Luxembourg exclusively focused on property search,” the company said in a press release on 18 September 2017.
As opposed to most real estate agencies, which represent sellers or landlords, Property Hunter Luxembourg takes engagements only from buyers or renters, according to the firm’s website.
The press release stated:
“Practically speaking, the “hunt” starts with a detailed analysis of the criteria and needs of the client. Next, Property Hunter Luxembourg starts screening the market and finally selects only those properties that fit the client’s profile.”
“To provide our customers with an optimal service, our fees are only payable upon result. Thus, you only pay if we succeed in our mission.”
The company also has two offices in Brussels and one in Waterloo, Belgium.
