Camara will be responsible for further developing RBS International’s talent strategy in all its jurisdictions, including Luxembourg. She has been employed by the bank since leaving school, and her RBS International career has spanned 23 years over a range of roles, most recently as a performance coach dedicated to helping the business’ leadership population develop and grow their skills.

“Having joined the bank as a teenager and worked her way through to a senior management position, Selina has the relevant experience to source and attract talented individuals as well as encourage and nurture their career development within the bank,” said Steve Scott, head of HR at the bank.

Camara will continue to be based in Jersey, and as well as further developing the bank’s talent strategy she will be delivering its strategic workforce plan to respond “to the changing way we live and work.”
