The international business networking group currently has 323 members and organises roughly 20 main events each year, according to Joanna Denton, its chairman.

The anniversary event was hosted on 25 June at the official residence of the British ambassador, John Marshall, the chamber said in a press release issued on 30 June.

It featured Anne Faber, the food blogger and TV presenter, and Krunnemécken, the musical duo.

Among the guests were Jude Law, the actor, and James Straffon, a street artist.

Marshall stated in the chamber’s press release:

“We are very proud to support the continuous efforts by the British Chamber of Commerce to create closer ties between the business community and public institutions. In the wake of Brexit, it is important to take a partnership approach and to work closely together.”
