“A couple of years ago, when I was working as a project manager, I entered the meeting room where I was going to participate in a training session with some of my work colleagues. When the trainer started introducing himself I had a strong sensation he was going to have a huge impact on me.

“I was in trance with his lively speech, the way he filled the room with hope and energy, and how he transferred his innate sparkle and self confidence to each one of us. By the end of the training everyone’s talents shone through like a rainbow.
