The 2016 Top Chef semi-finalist confirmed his departure from Aal Schoul through a video posted on his Facebook page, in which he says he will open his own restaurant “in a fabulous setting.”

The public figure will not be alone to embark on this new adventure as his wife, Émeline, will work with him in the new establishment in the heart of Steinfort, opening its doors this summer, according to our sources.

Luxembourgish chef Louis Scholtès has the difficult task to take over but his past experiences make him a promising chef for Aal Schoul.
