In a press statement released on 31 January, the watchdog (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier--CSSF) specifies that both the website and the leaflet, falsely use the contact details of the Luxembourg credit institution Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, which is not related to that website or the leaflet.
