The seminar opening statement by president of the Chamber of Commerce Michel Wurth addressed the importance of the individuals who are consider creating their own business. Wirth also showcased efforts by the Chamber and Ville de Luxembourg in setting up the House of Startups, which aims to provide support to new entrepreneurs.
Remy Manso and Yannis Xydias, partners at Manso Group, encouraged the audience to avoid awaiting to know it all before they start their company. “You’ll never know it all. But you need to be able to learn every day. If you choose a partner, do not take somebody who thinks exactly like you. Chose the one who complements you so that common actions are leveraged.”
Participants appreciated the fact that the seminar was held in English and praised it for being stimulating and providing quality deliverables. I’m creating my company seminars in French have been organised by Fuse – Objectif Plein Emploi for some 19 years, but a partnership forged in 2017 with the Indian Business Chamber Luxembourg has allowed the creation of an English version.
