My client is a Multi Family Office based in several European countries. The biggest part of the clients are entrepreneurial families, having operations in several countries. The clients are in the segment of € + 20 M.

This company is a "real" Family Office, as they perceive a yearly honorary (flat flee based on the assets) for their advises. As such, clients don’t pay any performance related fees making it possible to give a real objective advice.

My client advises in 4 main domains: Asset Management, Private Equity / Real Estate, Wealth Planning and Philanthropy. All services are provided by external partners who are specialized in the different domains. This Multi Family Office has an excellent network of professionals active in these different domains.

The company has reached a point of natural and healthy growth, as they now have more demand than they actually can cover. For this reason, they are looking for a Senior Private Banker interested in joining their structure in Luxembourg. This person should have around 15 years of experience in Private Banking sector in Luxembourg and especially in the UHNWI segment. Due to the origin of the current partners, the client base is mainly European. Because of this, they would like to focus and candidates having a client base in the EU.

My client is looking for an entrepreneur who is willing to invest more than his time in the company! This company is not looking for an employee but a future partner, who is supposed to become a key element within the current team.
