Job description

As Sales & Marketing support Manager you will have to:
> Analyze the market to define the strategy to put in place
> Coordinate regular meetings with the distribution channels
> Build up the sales and marketing action plan
> Ensure the promotion of the insurance products
> Perform feasibility studies and follow-up performance indicators
 

Who we are looking for

TECHNICAL SKILLS
> You hold a Degree in Sales or Finance
> You have at least 4 years of experience in a sales role in insurance or financial sector
> You are fluent in French. English or German is also mandatory. Any other language would be considered as an asset

SOFT SKILLS
> You have strong sales skills
> You are performance and business oriented
> You have high ability to communicate and build networks
