Our client, an international consulting firm, is expanding its team specialized in ITS based in Luxembourg
We are actively looking for experts in International tax.


Job description      
 
> Advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation to mergers and acquisitions as well as financing and holding activities (in particular tp PE and RE funds);
> Tax structuring advice (Luxembourg and cross border);
> Pre and post completion tax planning; 
> International tax due diligence
> Review of sales and purchase documentation from a tax perspective


Who we are looking for 

> You hold a Master 2 in Tax Law or Economics, specialization in International Taxation would be an asset;
> You have a first successful experience of at least 7 years in a Law Firm or in a Consulting Firm;
> You are fluent in English, German and/or French;
> You display the ability to communicate effectively and act as a team player;
> You are organized, flexible and able to manage several files;
