The Irish Club of Luxembourg has unveiled details of its St Patrickâs party. Tickets can be booked now.
The format of the Irish Club’s St. Patrick’s Day dinner will be similar to that of last year, with a traditional Irish meal and live music.
The three-course homemade dinner starts with smoked Irish salmon (from The Burren Smokehouse) on brown bread and is followed by Irish stew (with lamb from Irish Country Meats) and apple tart with fresh cream.
Live music this year will be provided by singer-songwriter Danny Boland. And, of course, draught Guinness will be available, as will Irish coffee.
The Ireland Stand at the International Bazaar will run a charity tombola, with a top prize of two return flight tickets courtesy of Luxair.
Tickets, at €47, can be reserved and paid online at www.irishclub.lu. To book tables (of 8 or 10), or to request specific dietary requirements, email: [email protected]
