The work of prolific Luxembourg artist Frantz Seimetz is currently on show at Villa Vauban and is celebrated in the form of an “American” themed evening this Friday.
A true globe trotter, Frantz Seimetz dedicated much of his work to the impressions and experiences he gained during his travels around Europe, Mexico and North America: in particular the “New World” he had crossed between Iowa and Canada.
To celebrate this aspect of his work, the Villa Vauban is hosting an American evening that will combine a guided tour of Seimetz’s work alongside the chance to discover and enjoy American cuisine courtesy of Fonzie’s Diner.
There will also be the added pleasure of a blues concert performed by Vecchi e Brutti.
It looks set to be a highly enjoyable evening.
Tickets cost €30 which includes the guided visit, concert and buffet. Places are limited to 50 and reservations should be made by April 8. More information and reservations can telephone (+352 4796 4900) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
