Can golf improve leadership skills? Can leadership skills improve your golf game? That was the subject of a day-long seminar for women executives organised by the Paperjam Club on Saturday.

The small size--registration was capped at 20--allowed the group to bond quickly. The agenda mixed classroom conference with time on the greens.
Instructors “linked” how the game of golf can help managers discover their own leadership style, nurture talents, gain visibility into strategic projects, develop professional relationships based on common values, and find self-motivation methods.
This was the club’s second sports-related management seminar; last year it held an equestrian and leadership event. In June, the club will hold a “Tai chi and management” conference, in French.
The Paperjam Club is run by the same outfit that publishes Delano.
