Smart cooking workshop

During this workshop, chef Carlo Sauber will teach participants how to prevent food waste, from buying groceries to storing them to using leftovers when preparing meals. Part of the event includes a tasting. The workshop is free but registration is required. More details.

Christmas market at the Slate Museum
