The 2023 Finance Awards have kicked off.

Paperjam + Delano and Luxembourg for Finance launched their first on Monday.

The awards are a chance to give recognition to those in the finance industry who have continued to show excellence and outstanding expertise.

The 2023 Finance Awards celebrate finance professionals who have been recognised by their peers in 8 categories: visionary, banking personality, funds personality, insurance personality, private equity executive, ESG champion, fintech entrepreneur and capital markets/M&A expert.

Peer-to-peer voting

Paperjam + Delano have selected a pool of 350 eligible finance professionals, who will vote for the winning peer in each of the 8 categories, which is what gives these awards their true value. Each of 350 professionals are both jury members and potential winners.

Jury members started receiving their invitation and access codes on Monday. Voting will take place in June and each professional is limited to winning in a single category each year.
