Architecture firm Planet+ has designed a complex of 28 new family homes being built by the Fonds du Logement in Gonderange.

Groundbreaking for 28 new single-family houses located in Grehaansräich in Gonderange took place on 2 May. The architectural design was entrusted to Planet+, which worked together with engineers from Deadalus Engineering for the construction and Siegel Schleimer for the technical engineering. The project consists of three- to four-bedroom terraced houses with a living area of between 123 to 152m2.. Eight of the 28 units will have a convertible attic for an additional bedroom. Twenty units are reserved for subsidised rental, with the remaining eight being put up for sale. The estimated construction cost of the project is €13.3m, excluding VAT and fees.
