DSM Avocats à la Cour, Rotomade, Degré110 and Back2Sport asbl have co-organised the third “Roues Ovales Luxembourgeoises,” an inter-company wheelchair rugby tournament in Luxembourg.

Held on 24 January 2025 at the Rehazenter, this event once again highlighted wheelchair rugby 7-a-side, an inclusive and dynamic sport, bringing together disabled and able-bodied participants in a spirit of competition and conviviality.

The event, supported by Sodexo, Lalux and PWC Luxembourg, brought together more than 100 people in 10 teams, including Back2Sport asbl (this year's winner), Degré110 / Les Furets, Rotomade, Maison Moderne, PWC Luxembourg, , Sodexo, Axa and Indosuez Wealth Management / Degroof Petercam (winner of the fair play trophy).

The event also provided an opportunity to highlight the commitment of two associations:

- Back2Sport asbl, which encourages people living with a disability to surpass themselves through sport.

- Inclusion is the New Game, which promotes inclusion through sport within companies and schools.

The organisers would like to extend their warmest thanks to Mr Georges Mischo, minister for sport and employment, for attending the event, and to the town of Esch-sur-Alzette for loaning half of the wheelchairs. The Centre National de Rééducation Fonctionnelle et de Réadaptation - Rehazenter once again welcomed the teams in excellent conditions, and Jules César Djamen was the photographer for the event.

On the strength of its success, the event is becoming a not-to-be-missed annual rendezvous. The fourth edition is already scheduled for the end of January 2026. Companies wishing to take part are invited to contact Maxime Cuche .
