We prioritise expertise and pragmatism, with our teams bringing an average of 15 years’ experience across all consultants.

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate into your mission and values?

The Axon journey began in 2015, born from a desire to rethink the consulting approach--placing people, collaboration and forward-thinking at the heart of everything we do. Our name, inspired by the axon that connects neurons and synapses, reflects our mission: creating connections by working hand in hand with clients to tackle challenges and bring meaning to their actions. Our DNA is rooted in four core values: collaboration, innovation, humanity and sincerity. These values drive our commitment to delivering genuine, lasting support that creates real value.
