Hélène Lange has been appointed as the head of business coordination at the Luxembourg Bankers' Association (ABBL), a role she assumed in mid-February 2024. In her new position, Lange is tasked with enhancing the coordination of clusters to bolster the services and support available to members of the ABBL. Her responsibilities extend to business intelligence, financial education and the attraction of talent to the sector.

She highlighted her readiness to leverage her expertise to advance initiatives, cultivate productive relationships and contribute to the organisation’s success.
Lange’s career in Luxembourg commenced in 2006, with her background spanning various positions across the banking sector and business development roles at Accor and Linklaters. Her banking sector experience, nearing a decade, includes serving as a corporate and institutional banking account manager, regulatory and operational excellence manager, project delivery manager and head of KYC centre of expertise.
