As a reminder, the president of the bar is the spokesperson for lawyers and the only person authorised to speak publicly on behalf of the association. The president represents the profession in all civil acts and is responsible for defending the interests of lawyers in public debate.

Moro, who holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Strasbourg, has been a partner at Clifford Chance for 24 years. In particular, he is responsible for the litigation, employment law and property law practices of the Luxembourg office. As president of the Luxembourg bar, his responsibilities now include representing the Luxembourg Bar Association and defending the rights of the profession.
