Kreios and Alfi have launched a cooperation to turn Luxembourg fund industry guidance into digital rules, starting with Priips Kid checks on the Regmatix platform.

Luxembourg-based RegTech company Kreios will cooperate with the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry to support the digitalisation of operations and regulatory compliance across the country’s financial centre.

The initiative, on 6 May 2026, will convert Alfi’s industry guidance into practical digital rules that firms can apply through Kreios’ Regmatix platform.

Priips first

The first phase will focus on making Alfi’s guidance on the Priips Key Information Document directly available in Regmatix, with further areas to be added later.

Kreios and Alfi stated that the system will allow firms to validate documents against established industry practices in a more systematic and auditable way. The aim is to improve consistency, strengthen oversight and reduce reliance on manual checks.

The platform is designed as an independent control layer and can be used alongside existing production systems and operating models.

Compliance automation

, chief executive of Alfi, argued that making the association’s expertise available in operational environments would support the consistent and scalable application of industry practices.

Ulf Herbig, chief executive of Kreios, stated that Regmatix is designed to turn trusted industry guidance into practical controls for firms, while supporting transparency and the responsible use of AI-enabled automation. Kreios, founded in 2006, develops Regmatix as a producer-agnostic software-as-a-service platform for regulatory document oversight.
