Carsten Nicolai, alias Alva Noto, has taken up the challenge of questioning the very essence of sound. In a language of his own, which intertwines colours, videos and electronic music, the German artist transcends artistic disciplines to create an unclassifiable performance, capable of opening the public to new sensorial possibilities.
On 28 April at the Philharmonie, he will present his "Xerrox Selected" project, a multimedia experience that plays with the topic of duplication. A reflection that will be supported by the accompaniment of the ensemble s t a r g a z e, a collective of young musicians who are certainly contemporary but armed with classical instruments!
Hypnotic, intriguing or even contemplative... We can't really predict what this extraordinary performance will be like, except that it will expand your visual and acoustic horizons. See you on 28 April at the Philharmonie for a leap into the unknown!
