They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg's #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who are the new face of the country. In this instalment: Amandine Gillet, partner at Deloitte.

, 37, worked in China, Canada and Australia before arriving in Luxembourg. “Connecting the dots is my life. Consulting allows us to see a lot of parameters and to be between a base of acquired experience and unknowns that form a balance that I need. For me, we have some of the advantages of entrepreneurship without the disadvantages, because I have a brand behind me, which is Deloitte.”

A partner for the past two years, Gillet, an IT engineer by training, is still very active "in the delivery of projects, but I feel that I have to be able to do three things: advise my client, guide my teams and help them if they have a problem", says the French, Australian and Luxembourg national.

“The role of every generation is to challenge the previous generation, otherwise we don't evolve. And I think that in the new generation, there are more values and that has an impact on everything.”
