On Tuesday 28 January, in the presence of labour minister Georges Mischo (CSV), Paperjam 10x6 The Future of Work brought together more than 400 professionals at Kinepolis for an evening of discussion and reflection on the future of work.

The event was marked by the first edition of the Paperjam HR Leaders 2025 awards, an initiative announced at the Paperjam 10x6 Talents event on 9 July 2024, aimed at highlighting influential figures in the human resources sector.

Elected by their peers, the winners were honoured in five categories:

- Institutional category: Myriam Sibenaler (ABBL)

- Retail & hospitality category: Ann de Jonghe (Sodexo)

- Services category: Isabelle Faber (Post)

- Financial sector category: Lise Roda (Pictet)

- HR Leader of the Year: Lise Roda (Pictet)
