 Luxembourg team is growing with the arrival of Anna Andres as an Associate, where she is responsible for talent research, identification, and client reporting.

Anna is an experienced executive search professional specialising in asset management and financial services. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, she led the Luxembourg office of a recruitment firm, partnering with German-speaking and international clients to deliver tailored talent solutions.

Fluent in English and German, she excels at building lasting relationships across cultures. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Studies from the University of Trier.
