Quintet Private Bank has announced the appointment of Anna Zakrzewski as group chief operating officer and member of the executive committee.

Anna Zakrzewski has been appointed group chief operating officer and member of the executive committee of , based in Luxembourg and operating across Europe and the UK. This appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Zakrzewski worked for more than 20 years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as managing director and partner, before being promoted to the financial institution’s leadership team and heading the wealth management segment worldwide. She joined Quintet in Luxembourg on Monday 25 September and will work closely with the outgoing group COO, , during a transition period.

Leenaars will leave Quintet at the end of the year after a career spanning almost 40 years in various management positions at four different banks in eight countries. He has a number of non-executive roles in the US and Europe, as well as personal business interests that will require more of his time and attention.
