They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg's #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who are the new face of the country. In this instalment: Anne Harles, head of Alavita.

At 34, embodies the new wave of female entrepreneurs in Luxembourg with her chain of organic shops, Alavita. Having taken over the business in 2018, Anne has transformed the small grocery shop into a thriving chain of four shops and a restaurant. "My dream was to become an entrepreneur in the world of food," she says.

Inspired by a healthy lifestyle instilled from childhood, Anne offers high-quality local and organic products, responding to a growing demand for transparency and proximity. "We've managed to create a great community around our business," she explains, stressing the importance of listening and empathy in her leadership style. Visionary and determined, she aims to further expand Alavita's footprint in Luxembourg, while remaining true to her mission: "To nourish Luxembourg in a healthy way."

Harles stands out for her ability to motivate her teams. "I never stop; my team knows there's always something new to come," she says.
